Rixos Pera Istanbul

Everything was amazing as usual. Thats the best location to stay in a silent room and at the same time be in the heart of Istanbul. Rooms are very clean and well equipped. Especially bed is super comfortable. Special thanks for Emre, Ugurcan, Dogukan and Sevde for their hospitality and interest.

I had an amazing stay at Pera Palace Rixos! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were incredibly kind and attentive, even calling every evening to check on our needs, which made us feel truly valued as guests. As it was my birthday, they surprised me with a cake—a thoughtful touch that made my stay even more special. The room itself was cozy, comfortable, and beautifully designed, offering the perfect blend of history and luxury. Overall, the service, hospitality, and attention to detail at Pera Palace Rixos made this a truly unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay filled with charm and exceptional service!

There is a reason that this is the 5th time we stayed at the Rixos Pera, from the location to it's ambience, this hotel ticks a lot of the right boxes! The rooms have their own charm, they are not modern but hold this character you can only find in the style and decor they have chosen. If you want a surgical, soulless room of the travelodge / premier inn feel, then this hotel is not for you! The breakfast here is excellent, there is always so much choice and the custom egg station is ever popular amongst guests. They have changed some items since we were last here, but it still holds its own. There is a gym and spa in the basement but we have not used these services so cannot comment. The hotel is less then 3 minutes walk to istiklal street, across from a small passageway that takes you straight to the shops. There are so many restaurants in close proximity as well, so really for both new nd returning customers this is a brilliant location. With all the positives at the property, the most critical part of the hotel is the staff, who really try their level best to go above and beyond in their service. As an example, we raised a concern about the TV not being very good, and we were provided with a smart tv box. Little gestures like this go a long way!

Perfect location . The hotel can be reached from any place . It took 40 minutes to reach the hotel from the airport and to reach the airport from hotel . No traffic jam beside the hotel . Taxi reached us many times in less than few minutes ( we use uber application ) Very nice perfume in reception . Very friendly and welcoming and helping staff . We make reservation for sea view but the room was so noisy from cars down the road but the sea view is so beautiful. We request to change the room to quit room and in less than 2 hours we changed the room . The second room was so nice , quit . No music sounds and no car horns . Great thanks to staff . The second room was in another building , we need to pass through star buckas coffee and use your room key to get inside the other building but it was not a problem for us as our room was so quit and clean and bigger than the sea view room . We walk less than 4 minutes to reach Istiklal road . The shops and restaurants are opened till late night . Very nice gym

The hotel is in a great location in the Pera district of Istanbul. The hotel staff were super friendly. The hotel was quiet and the room was decent.
