Everything, but especially the rooftop restaurant. Food, service, facilities and the room were excellent, but the view was something I will never forget, just beautiful.

Everything was amazing as usual. Thats the best location to stay in a silent room and at the same time be in the heart of Istanbul. Rooms are very clean and well equipped. Especially bed is super comfortable. Special thanks for Emre, Ugurcan, Dogukan and Sevde for their hospitality and interest.

The location is amazing, it's literally quite close to everything and on the centre. The location was 10/10, staff were amazing and rooms are decent.

The property boasts a fantastic location just a short walk from the renowned Istiklal Street. The spa is excellent, and experiencing the Hamam is highly recommended. Additionally, the salon offers reasonable prices for services like blow drying. The rooms are clean, the internet is fast, and the breakfast is delightful.

Beautiful Hotel and incredibly clean. You could see the staff cleaning all the time. Wonderful room and bathroom with expensive taste decor. All amenities provided even a very good toothbrush! The breakfast every morning was excellent with vast spread of every item you would want at breakfast. Lots of staff everywhere. Very well located. In the heart of the city and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. A great buzz all around. Close, too, to transports. Highly recommend the hotel. Staff very friendly and simply waiting to serve you all the time. The chandeliers and flowers in the reception looked beautiful.

Rixos Pera Istanbul offers stunning decor and a touch of classic elegance. The rooms are beautifully designed, though a bit small. The standout service comes from Nuri, the concierge, who went above and beyond, and Indira at reception, who made us feel very welcome.

We are here 7 days holiday in Istanbul, a successful trip started with a special welcome and constant support from the reception team and also the incredible support from the concierge, to start a good day you must eat at the rooftop restaurant with their amazing and special team and can't forget to mention Emre, Niru, Edita, Zarina, Ali, Erfat, Ebru, Seval and the rest for their great hospitality. Rixos really made my gift great ! They recommended the mentioned places to visit and also food recommendations. All the breakfasts and the team were great throughout our stay. If you decide to come to Turkey, be sure to stay at this hotel!

The best aspect of the hotel is wonderful stuff. Amazing, kind and truly smiling people, that welcome guest from the main door. Miss Lale from the guest relationship took care of every single guest, trying to make the stay nice and easy. Second benefit of the hotel is location, in the hearth of Pera, close to the Shishane Metro Station and easy to catch up a taxi. Hotel is in typical Pera's style a bit sophisticated with the old atmosphere which I love however the hotel needs a bit of renovation's touch as e.g.bathtub was full of rust which was not looking very sexy. The breakfast offered a variety of products still I couldn't fully enjoyed the taste and quality of products, coffee also would be better. In general I was happy about this hotel however in my opinion the price doesn't fully match the standard.

Everything was amazing from the welcoming staff to the beautiful bedrooms and amazing scent of the place. This place is my family and I’d favorite resort in all of Turkey. Even its scent now is associated with good memories in our heads and we have been looking for it everywhere. The breakfast was delicious! They have everything. Their complimentary drinks are always delicious, whether it’s the refreshing lemonade they serve during the summertime or the amazing Sahlab that they served us during the winter

Staff and Location really exceeded our expectations. We were greeted by Emre Can who checked us in and was super kind and attentive throughout our stay. As a general comment, all the staff at this hotel genuinely care about your stay and nothing would be too much of an ask for them. We were generally happy with our room and stay so didn't require any assistance on this. Melisa who works on the Guest Relations counter was really helpful when it came to arranging a Taxi for our Airport transfer, which is a really big bonus given the reputation Tax drivers have in Istanbul. We also had assistance with helping us arrange reservations for our evenings out which was very helpful. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Istanbul & I look forward to returning myself
